No animals fostered through Cali_FID Parrot & Exotics Rescue Sanctuary (hereafter referred to as Cali_FID) will be allowed to be put into a breeding situation. You understand the animal(s) may not be sold, traded, transferred, given or gifted to anyone.
If at any time you wish to adopt the animal(s) you are currently fostering, an Adoption Application must be submitted to Cali_FID.
By signing, you agree to waive all rights of subrogation against Cali_FID. You agree to hold Cali_FID, its volunteers, agents, and board of directors, harmless for any and all claims.
You understand and agree that you may be fostering an animal(s) with possible behavioral issues, medical issues, loud vocalizing, or other situations that are beyond our control, and of which we may be unaware. You understand that animals can develop issues that they did not have prior to fostering.
If for any reason the fostering of this animal(s) becomes a hardship for you, you must return the animal(s) to Cali_FID.Â
You understand the right of ownership remains with Cali_FID; you are agreeing to serve as a temporary home only and all decisions regarding your foster animals’ health issues and permanent adoption placement are the sole responsibility of Cali_FID.Â
